1. What MagicVest is

MagicVest is an analytics and information tool for crypto tokens, with a focus on memecoins. It scans public on-chain and social data, computes scores such as MagicScore, Rug Risk and Pump Potential, and provides AI-generated signals, alerts and explanations.

MagicVest never holds your funds, never asks for your private keys or seed phrase, and never executes trades on your behalf. Every decision to buy, sell or hold a token is made by you alone.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Scores, verdicts, predictions, AI Trade entry points, take-profit levels and alerts are automated estimates based on data that may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.

Crypto assets, and memecoins in particular, are extremely volatile and speculative. You can lose all the money you put in. A low Rug Risk score or a “safe” verdict is not a guarantee. Past results, including any figures shown on our website, do not predict future results. Only use money you can afford to lose and do your own research.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for making sure that using the Service and trading crypto assets is legal where you live.

4. Your account

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. One subscription is for one person; sharing or reselling access is not allowed.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid MagicVest Pro subscription, offered monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on our pricing page before you pay. Promotional or welcome prices apply only to the billing periods stated at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added to the price.

We may change our prices for future billing periods. If the price of your plan changes, we will notify you in advance and the new price will apply only from your next renewal.

6. Cancellation and no refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to the paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused time, partial billing periods, unused features or plan downgrades, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.

7. Affiliate program

If you join the MagicVest affiliate program, you earn the commission shown in the program at the time you join, on payments made by the customers you refer, for the duration stated in the program. Self-referrals, spam, misleading advertising, bidding on our brand name and any form of fraud are not allowed and lead to the cancellation of commissions and removal from the program. Program rules and rates may change for future referrals.

8. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our data, scores or signals, or use them to build a competing product;
• use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the Service beyond normal personal use;
• attempt to reverse engineer, bypass limits, probe or break the security of the Service;
• use the Service for market manipulation, fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity;
• harass other users or impersonate MagicVest or anyone else.

9. Third-party data and services

The Service relies on public blockchains and third-party providers such as blockchain data providers, decentralized exchanges, social networks and price aggregators. We do not control these sources and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or content. Links to external websites are provided for convenience only.

10. AI-generated content

Parts of the Service, including the MagicVest assistant and AI Trade signals, are produced by artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Always check important information yourself before acting on it.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, the MagicVest name and logo, the Magi mascot, our software, designs, texts, scores and methodologies belong to MagicVest and are protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for your own use while your account is active. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

12. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. We may add, change or remove features, supported chains or data sources at any time.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, without refund, if you break these Terms, if we must do so to comply with the law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MagicVest is not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, these limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.

16. Indemnity

You agree to compensate and hold MagicVest harmless from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that results from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the Province of Québec, unless the consumer protection laws of your place of residence give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
